RETURN POLICY

Non-personalized garments

In the case of non-personalized products, the customer has 14 calendar days from receiving the order to request a return.

Conditions:

  • The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

  • It must retain the tags and original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer/user, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to the store.

Defective products

If the product has a manufacturing defect:

  • The customer must report it within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.

  • A repair, replacement, or refund will be offered, as appropriate, with shipping costs included.

 

SHIPPING

Production times

Given the handmade and made-to-measure nature of the garments:

  • Standard production time is 8 to 10 business days from order confirmation. This includes sourcing materials (if necessary), pattern-making, production, and fitting.

  • During periods of high demand, this timeframe may vary slightly.

Shipping times

Once production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

  • Mainland Spain: 48–72 business hours

  • European Union: 5–6 business days

  • Other destinations: depending on the destination country

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external factors (transport, customs, holidays).

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and shown before confirming the order.

  • From €165, shipping to Spain, Portugal, and Andorra is free; and from €250 for the rest of Europe.
